I lead design for ServiceNow’s Financial Services Operations, partnering with banks and insurers to reimagine how customers and employees interact with complex workflows. My work centers on bringing clarity to intricate processes—like onboarding and customer support—by weaving together intuitive interfaces, AI-powered assistance, and consistent design systems.
Previously, I shaped some of LinkedIn’s most widely used products, evolving the company’s design language across platforms and launching solutions at scale. Today, I’m passionate about aligning teams around purposeful design, driving innovation, and making financial experiences more approachable and impactful for millions.
Outside of work, you’ll find me sketching ideas with my daughter, fixing things around the house, or perfecting a new recipe (mini donuts are still a favorite).
