Sales Navigator
Empowering sellers to automate
workflows and save time
As Principal Designer, I led a team of 6–8 designers in shaping a cohesive, customer-centered vision for LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator. Our work focused on simplifying complex workflows and improving discoverability—bringing clarity and value to a wide range of users, from small businesses to enterprise teams.
I partnered closely with cross-functional leaders to align design strategy with product goals and accelerate innovation across key surfaces. Through deep collaboration and systems thinking, our team drove impactful launches, including a Microsoft integration tied to a ~$135M FY26 bookings opportunity—elevating both user experience and business growth.
Focus area: AI, Sales
Sales Agent
In the Seller Agent project, we envisioned empowering every seller with their own virtual assistant. This innovative tool functions as an Automated Prospector, akin to a "Virtual SDR," that schedules meetings with qualified leads while sellers focus on other priorities. Additionally, it operates as an AI Chief of Staff, ensuring sellers are always prepared and informed, acting as a trusted advisor to their buyers.
By streamlining the lead generation process and enhancing seller readiness, the Seller Agent aims to transform how sales professionals engage with prospects, ultimately driving better outcomes and fostering stronger relationships. This project highlights the potential of AI to revolutionize sales workflows, making them more efficient and effective.

Copilot for Sales (+ LinkedIn)
In the MSFT Copilot for Sales and LinkedIn Sales Solutions project, we focused on integrating AI chatbot capabilities for Meeting Preparation and Key Notifications, identified as top customer requests.
This integration aimed to enhance customer experience by embedding LSN in familiar productivity tools like Teams, Outlook, and Calendar, increasing the value of Sales Navigator licenses. Additionally, we explored a bundling solution to leverage Copilot for Sales' growing user base of 400k weekly active users. In return, LinkedIn provided exclusive access to profile data through APIs, enriching the AI-driven sales experience and demonstrating the power of seamless integration.
